I wish to formally express my sincere appreciation to you and your team in completing the sale of our apartment last month.
It was a hectic time for Naomi and myself as we prepared for the arrival of our second child whilst continuing to project manage the building of our new abode in regional Victoria. To sell our apartment in this enviroment was never going to be easy and we had prepared ourselves for the inevitable disruptions associated with allowing prospective buyers to view the property.
However, the sale campaign went smoother than we had ever expected lasting only two weeks and resulting in a sale price that more than matched our initial expectations. Naomi was surprised and most relieved that the sale campaign was complete before she gave birth even if it meant that all our contingency planning was not required.
We are most grateful to you, Bill and the team for handling the sale process in such a professional, friendly and unobtrusive manner with minimal inconvenience to our family life. Such an achievement would not have been possible without taking the time to understand our circumstances prior to entering into the sale campaign.
At the end of this year, Naomi and I will no doubt sit down and reflect on 2008 as one of our most challenging and yet rewarding years together. I have no doubt that one of the stand out memories for us will be the contribution made by the Arthur Reuss team.
