I'm writing to express my sincere thanks for the caring and professional service your team so efficiently delivered to my parents, Margaret and Stan, during the sale of their home. You were never intrusive, but always there for us, day and night! This, of course, was no ordinary sale. My parents have owned 'Albrohos' for more than 50 years. My brother Peter, and I grew up there. Peter and I, and my children have played there, stayed there, enjoyed local 'haunts', and countless Christmases and Birthdays. So many memories! So many good neighbours and friends, forming a secure network of support! A very special place indeed! And what a difficult decision to decide it was finally time to leave, and begin a new 'chapter'. It was not easy for my parents, and the team understood this, and was always thoughtful and patient, making the whole process so much easier.
A special thank you to Terry who always answered my concerned calls so promptly , and was so helpful in offering advice and support, and to Arthur who has continued to advise and support my Mum and Dad, even though the sale, at an excellent price is more than ten weeks past!
