In 2009, Andrew Car became the new director of Arthur Reuss Real Estate. Andrew has extensive real estate experience, having worked in the industry since 1997. Originally attracted to a career in real estate when he sold his first property through an agency who offered a unique, "risk free" selling approach and a guarantee of "no charges until sold"; Andrew left a successful engineering career to enter the field of real estate. This client benefit based system aligned well with Andrew's ethics and through delivering a professional and courteous service to his clients; he assisted many people in achieving their goals of either buying or selling property. Having attained the position of Sales Manager, for the last eight years Andrew has led a successful team, who were often amongst the top performing real estate sales people within Australia. Like many who are attracted to Boroondara and the surrounding area by the picturesque streetscapes, wonderful local amenities and quality local schooling, Andrew enjoys living locally with his wife Amanda and their two children.
